Please visit our Find a Store page to find a retailer near you. If you do not find a store in your area, please email, fax, or call (see contact info, below) with the item # and quantity you would like to order and we will be happy to help you.



Payments:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. 


Shipping & Returns:

We ship all packages USPS Priority. Minimum shipping charge is $6 and may be higher for larger orders.  Overnight shipping may also be available, please contact us for rates and availability.

Our goal is to make you happy.  You may return any part of your order within 10 calendar days for a refund or exchange.  No refunds after 10 days.  No refunds or exchanges on customized items.
Exchanges must be unworn with their original tags still attached, and you MUST contact us before sending so we can give you an authorization code to write on the outside of the package.  Without this code your package will be REFUSED and returned to you.  Exchanges will be handled case-by-case for up to 30 calendar days.

Customization:

We are unable to take custom orders at this time. However, we CAN offer certain tailoring procedures on our existing jewelry designs at your request.

These procedures include:

- switching from an earring hook to a post, leverback or clip

- upgrading metals for allergic or sensitive customers

- shortening or lengthening necklaces or bracelets

These procedures will vary in cost, depending on what is involved. Switching ear hooks and length adjustments will usually range from $5 to about $20. The cost of upgrading metals will vary greatly, depending on the metal and the weight of the replacement finding. Customer will cover the cost of shipping items to and from Carmela Rose Designs. No returns on customized items.
